Lifetime Warranty

 VolumeCases, Inc. warrants all cases, except where noted, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product. Defects are defined as having the exact same problem in the exact same place for over 15% of cases. This warranty does not cover spine handles, normal wear and tear and/or damage caused by misuse.

 A shipping cost of $8.00 per case is charged for all replacements. In the sole discretion of VolumeCases, Inc. any case covered by this limited warranty will be either repaired or replaced upon its return to VolumeCases per the provisions below. Any liability, either expressed or implied is limited to replacement or repair of the product. This warranty is not transferable and applies to the original purchasing individual/organization only.

 In no event shall VolumeCases, Inc. be liable for any consequential or other damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, loss of business information or damage to computer equipment or other contents) arising out of the use of this carrying case. In any event, VolumeCases, Inc.’s entire liability under any provision of this limited warranty shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the original purchaser for this carrying case.

Volumecases provides an extra 5% allotment of spare cases to be used as replacement units in advance.  The use of spare cases shall be documented, photographed and  provided to Volumecases upon request if claims are made over the 5% allotment.  

 Unless otherwise arranged or contracted, buyer must secure a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number code from VolumeCases then return the defective case prepaid. VolumeCases, Inc. will then return the case prepaid back to you (the shipper or other if specified) after repair or replacement. Unless agreed otherwise, return cases are shipped via UPS ground.

Damaged cases not covered by warranty may be returned for repair at a reasonable charge. If desired, a new replacement case may be purchased at a special discount under certain circumstances. If not covered by a replacement program, please call to get an RMA#, return the case, and we will call you with the repair cost for your authorization.
